What you're buying

Digital educational products: printable guides, worksheets, video lessons, and live group classes. They teach general concepts about health and life insurance. They are not insurance, and they are not personal advice about which plan or policy is right for you.

No insurance sales here

Buying a product is never required to obtain insurance and does not affect any coverage or eligibility. We don't sell, recommend, or place insurance through this site, and we don't share your information with any insurance business.

Accounts and access

You log in with a one-time email link. Your purchases are for your personal use; please don't resell or share download links. Access to digital products lasts as long as this site operates, and we'll give notice before it ever closes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you buy at checkout, Stripe securely saves your card so you can add post-purchase offers with one click; you'll always see the price and press a button before any extra charge.

Refunds

14-day satisfaction refund on every product. Email us and we'll refund you, no forms. See the refund policy.

Live workshops

Workshops are general group teaching with general Q&A. No individual plan recommendations are given. If a session is canceled you'll get a refund or a seat in the next one.

Fern & Fine Print provides general insurance education only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not an insurance company, agency, or government program. Buying a product never requires (or includes) buying insurance. Check your own plan documents or a licensed professional for advice about your situation.
